Applicant level at the time the work was done
Niveau de l’applicant au moment des travaux décrits dans l’article *
Applicant level at the time the work described in the study was done. Must have been a student or trainee at any Canadian university, teaching hospital, research centre or other health organization (undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate, post-doctoral fellow, resident) at the time that the work for the research article was completed. If the applicant is no longer a trainee at the time that the article is published, but work was completed as a trainee, the applicant is eligible to apply.

Doit avoir été étudiant ou stagiaire dans une université, un hôpital d’enseignement, un centre de recherche ou un autre organisme de santé canadien (étudiant de premier cycle, diplômé, boursier postdoctoral, résident) au moment où le travail pour l’article de recherche a été complété. Si le candidat n’est plus stagiaire au moment de la publication de l’article, mais que le travail a été effectué en tant que stagiaire, le candidat est admissible.

Note if more than one co-first author is eligible for a brain star award and this publication is chosen, all eligible authors will be listed as winners of a Brain Star award, however the monetary prize will be shared. If multiple applications are received for the same publication, they will be combined prior to review.
