The CAN-IBRO Summer School is organised by the International Brain Research Organization and sponsored by the Canadian Association for Neuroscience.
Each year, the Canadian International Neuroscience Training Program focuses on 12-14 promising senior graduate students, postdoctoral trainees, and junior faculty who demonstrate clear leadership potential in their home country. The students are brought to Canada for two weeks to attend the School for Neuroscience and to foster long-lasting links with some of Canada’s top neuroscientists and institutions.

University of Ottawa Summer School in Computational Neuroscience
The course is directed at graduate students and postdoctoral fellows from the physical sciences (e.g. physics, applied mathematics, engineering, computer science) and the life sciences (e.g. neuroscience, biology, physiology, human kinetics) who wish to develop their skills in neural data analysis and in mathematical modeling of neural activity. The topics will range from cellular to systems neuroscience, with a focus on sensory and motor systems.
