SFU’s Institute for Neuroscience and Neurotechnology (INN) and the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility (INCF) invite you to a virtual professional development workshop on May 19, 2024 at 1-3:30pm PDT.

The workshop will address career paths inside and outside of academia in which skills in neuroscience and transferable skills from your PhD are advantageous. The panel will provide perspectives from individuals who are enjoying diverse careers, including translational neuroscience research, biotechnology, business management consulting, business development, entrepreneurship, communications, university administration, and project coordination and management. Our panelists will share how they got there and advise attendees on how to follow in their footsteps.
