Electrophysiology Post-Doctoral Position – University of Victoria

The Christie Laboratory (https://onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca/christielab/), located in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia is seeking a post-doctoral research fellow to assist in our CIHR funded work with Traumatic Brain Injury (i.e. see Curr Protoc Neurosci. 2019 Sep;89(1):e80. doi: 10.1002/cpns.80).

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a PhD degree in neuroscience, or a related field, and a proven publication record. Experience in any of the techniques including in vitro electrophysiology, immunohistochemistry, molecular biology and rodent behavior is advantageous. Preference will be given to individuals with prior in vitro or in vivo hippocampal electrophysiology experience.
